We’re glad to hear that our benefits are something that’s been a bright spot in your experience working at Schellman. We survey the company on an annual basis to make sure that the support employees receive aligns with their most current needs. We do our best to give context around the decisions we make to scale our business. Part of that is making partnerships to invest in initiatives that allow us to meet challenges in a growing and changing industry. The firms that come in do so because they believe in the culture we’ve built. Our leadership team also reflects our need to realize that vision. We’ve tried to be clear about the bar we set for our leaders and provide a path for them to grow and evolve to meet those expectations. We don’t lose sight of the fact that people are at the center of our business and client relationships.
