We try and balance the hard work with opportunities to find work-life balance with our PTO policy and our company time off. As for work/life balance, we try to provide avenues between PTO, our company time off, holiday jump-starts, and summer Fridays so that you can feel more refreshed to take on the fast pace of our high-performance environment. We also just announced nearly 60 promotions across the business, something we’re very proud of and excited about, and we hope you understand that we take our employees and their success very seriously.
