The people you work with are great, or we’re in my experience. They value work life balance and offer the ability to work remotely.

Cons

Despite their continued efforts to say they use market data and research to ensure fair salaries, I can assure you this is not the case. Having worked their for many years my experience was certainly not met with the value the position warranted over time with much effort put in on my part. Not even close actually. Please don’t respond with that you make sure the pay is fair because that could not possibly be true given my experience, which is very unfortunate.
