      Good for a work-from-home job.

      Pros

      No travel needed and supervisors are personable and helpful.

      Cons

      1) Zero% company contribution to astronomical health insurance premiums. Only the government contract provides some. The previous contractor contributed a good percentage. 2) Cutting work hours during slow times is not fair (except voluntarily). The company gets paid in full for the contract and we should also. 3) No yearly hourly base rate raise for cost-of-living increase has been given.

      It's not the worst, but far from the best.

      Pros

      Steady work. Not a lot of micromanaging

      Cons

      NO room for growth, no matter what they tell you. If you move to a supervisor position (only chance to get a raise) it's only $1-$3.
