Great pay, great management, great hours/schedule! I loved working for them! They are great when it comes to training and first starting, they definitely give you room to make mistakes!! Not so stressful!!!

Cons

The only thing is you have to pay attention like close attention because it's a lot to learn in a little bit of time! But they are there to help you no matter what!

Great pay considering you work remote and are just making calls

Cons

Not flexible with schedules horrible holidays, PTO policy. No sick PTO if you call in sick they force you to use Vacation time PTO. Holidays like Christmas only get Christmas day off and if you don't request time off with 6 months in advance or more you won't get days off because they limit time off requests daily.
