Pros

Insurance is really good for family plan

Cons

Experienced provider relation reps beware; I was a high performing rep(bringing in 10% above other reps) and was told my OTE was 100,000…. I opened CO market and here is an actual breakdown of commission. 1st year commission about $10,000, 2nd year commission about $15,000. The only way you could make 6 figures is if you have 4 centers or more. Also, they have a new rule if you are not in the field for 8 hours a day you will not “qualify” for commission. Any admin work is on your own time. The only suitable rep for this position would be someone green trying to break into medical sales. The owners of this company are low key crooks. Multiple positions make commission. The commission structure is black and white yet managers need to fight to get you paid and show that you “deserve” the money you earned. I had only been paid my commission on time once. Employees get hired for cheaper because they think they will make more in commission, then they get sick of waiting or don’t get paid and leave. The owners pocket the money and don’t have to pay for unemployment. I’ve been here for 2 years and turnover is every 6 months. I have been in healthcare sales for 9 years and am in awe of these owners inability to value their employees and their unprofessionalism.

Pros

No pros at all. Avoid this place at all costs

Cons

Everything people say about this place is true. It’s an awful business. I going to grad school soon for something in the medical field, and this is the exact type of place that motivates me to go into the field. People looking for healthcare do not deserve to go to places like this. I hated every minute I spent working there. The whole place is a scam and takes advantage of people. Insurance fraud. Cameras everywhere in front of your face (literally). Everything is a script. If we don’t say the correct things, we’re punished. There’s so much more to say about this place, but not enough room here. Just please avoid this place as a patient and employee. It’s sad to see this company growing

We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. It’s clear that your time at Serenity left you feeling frustrated, and that’s never the kind of impact we want to have on any team member. Our mission is to provide compassionate, science-backed care to patients who often feel like they’ve run out of options. We also know how important it is to support the team behind that mission. We understand that structure and scripting may not feel right for everyone, but they are in place to help us deliver consistent, high-quality care across all our clinics. That said, no process is perfect, and we are always open to feedback about how we can make the experience better for both patients and employees. We wish you all the best in grad school and in your future in the medical field. It is clear you care deeply about helping others, and we hope that journey brings you the fulfillment you are looking for.

Pros

The health insurance is pretty good and they would give us free food on Friday’s.

Cons

This is by far the WORST company I have ever worked for. The owners are just money hungry and they do not care about their employees or patients. They start you off at $16.50/hr and make it seem like it’s super easy to be promoted, but it’s not. They have unrealistic stats they want you to hit. It’s very sales driven. As a PCC, all they care about is you getting new patients to come in, but then try to make it seem like they’re “saving lives”. They also make you push TMS and Ketamine treatment on every call. The providers work 12hr shifts that are packed with patients the entire day. No time for a break or to do admin type work. Plus how will they remember who their patients are if they are seeing 24+ people every single day?! When the ice storm in TX happened in Jan 2026 the owners offered an incentive to those who were willing to risk their lives and come into work when weather channels, DOT, and government were saying DO NOT drive. It was pure ice out. They in return punished those who did not want to risk their lives by giving them attendance points and then said we could not use PTO time to cover the hours. They refused to reverse the attendance points when only 3 people actually made it in. They also did a mass firing with zero warnings or write ups to 10+ people because they were “cleaning house”. if someone fills out a request online the auto dialer will call them literally FOUR times a DAY. Every single day! So many people have them blocked. The turnover rate is crazy there too! They do not care about you, your mental health, or their patients. Stay far away from this place! Oh, and they do not offer Maternity Leave and they don’t pay out for unused PTO when you leave.
