Pros

Hard work is not only noticed, but appreciated and rewarded. The culture is amazing and the sense of team and family that has cultivated over the years is truly amazing. Everyone is always open and happy to help and very collaborative. I am truly so lucky to be working here and take pride in being a Titan! The opportunities are endless of you work hard for them.

Cons

We are outgrowing our space in the building we’re in. But we make it work.

Pros

The benefits, the snacks, and the employees are great! There’s a fair amount of travel, but they tell you that before hand, so there’s no surprise there. They function like how you’d expect a tech company would. They give you all the tools you need to be successful (co-workers, new technology, countless training resources, etc.) and the ability to really manager yourself.

Cons

It’s a high stress, high reward environment. At the same time, anything worth doing will have its challenges. You’re going to have some busy weeks, but if you’re looking at joining this company you’re probably already working in an environment that doesn’t pay well or is stressful. Work life balance is what you make it. If you’re efficient and embrace the work, you’ll have plenty of free time.

Pros

Great co-workers, fun outings, free lunch daily, great health benefits, fully stocked kitchen, open vacation policy. Fast growing-- great product!

Cons

We were promised growth time and time again- even if it wasn't staying in the same department "growth" was always a thing. In the time I was at ST, no one was promoted, but people were hired from outside the company (for roles that were previously stated to be "promoted from within") There is an 'in crowd' at this company and it is all about who you suck up to unfortunately. If you want to do well, and management likes you they will feed you leads so you will be successful- while everyone else is out for themselves. Just lots of false promises on managements end, and every time there was a promise made, there was a "we are working on it", or " i never signed off on this" behind that promise. The training was sub-par on such an intricate product too.

We also understand the need to train our employees on the product and have expanded our new hire orientation to include much more in depth product training, as well as creating an internal training team for ongoing product training.
