Pros

Everyone is super friendly and feels like your second home. Big focus on transparency and having an open door policy. Very moving stories from the founders about the history and vision for the company. Excellent training program which brings new hires up to speed quickly about the product and a plethora of learning materials.

Pros

-Full healthcare benefits -Free catered lunch (daily) -Plenty of snacks and drinks -Mostly open-concept floor plan -Sit-stand desks -Building has lots of windows for natural light and is located in a great area, easy to walk to buy food or to grocery stores, etc. -Flexible working hours -Flexible time offThere is a fun, but results-driven culture -Peer-to-peer rewards points system is in place in which Titans can award points to colleagues that can be converted into dollars towards various -There are so many different, intelligent people that we work with. Diversity and talent are celebrated here -Non-intimidating leadership -Plenty of room for company, team, and individual growth

Cons

-Company is growing at a rapid rate. This makes for organizational changes, lack of processes, and a constant stream of new information. You will be pushed to learn at a fast pace and learn as you go. It's important to decide whether that is exciting for you. -We do shift desks often as a result of the company growth. There is an opportunity to acquire more space to accommodate for all of the Titans. -No matching 401k

Pros

I literally don't even know where to start; this is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. Even when I'm incredibly busy, I love what I do and the people I work with. I never feel micromanaged, and it's indescribable to feel like you are a part of something genuinely good.

Cons

We're going through the same challenges that every fast-growing start up goes through- cleaning up the messes to make things more efficient, implementing infrastructure, and learning as we go. While some people can get upset with this process, I personally don't see these as cons. I see them as exciting challenges that I get hands-on experience with helping to solve. I guess the only real con is that sometimes we get a bit spoiled and there is a little entitlement that will pop up here and there you gotta remember to keep in check...nothing major. Just things like complaining about which free lunch is being offered, instead of realizing how amazing it is that WE GET FREE LUNCH. So I guess the only con is we are so used to how good it is that sometimes we forget how good it is. :)
