Great benefits, great coworkers (for the most part)

Cons

Management are severely egotistical, fail to acknowledge, recognize or even consider their own flaws. Favoritism supersedes hard work. Blame game is a constant struggle. Training is lacking.

Cons

Low Salaries Long working hours - you'll find yourself and co-workers working late into the evening and on the weekends to keep up with the workload! work/life balance is horrible! you're constantly worried about what you didn't get done in the given 8 hour day! and always feel pressure to get things done immediately! Promotions and good salaries are given to those whom management favor! Bonuses & merit increases are terrible! and the company will try to sell you on the fact that you have an ESOP as to why the bonuses & merit increases are at the rate they're at... complete BS! High Turnover - due to workload and low salaries/lack of promotions!

Dont have any pros for the providence office. BUT when going to another location I feel GREAT!

Cons

Favortism, lack of transparency/communication, not invested in developing the talent within (not referring to the CMST program). We have alot of positive logos "diversity" "inclusion" etc... but there is not real substance behind it. If you are not in the "right" circle you will never be part of anything important
