It's a job, but not someplace I would want to work long-term.

Cons

Very different enviroment, feels like the 1940's. The comments about poor treatment are generally true. They may treat patients well, but for employees that's a differnet matter. It's quite surprising considering this is a mental health organization.

First job in a hospital, it has some advantages, if that is your thing

Cons

There is a omniscient behavior observed by very senior staff and nurses, MDs are never questioned, if you open your mouth be prepared with your job.
