Pros

Talented and supportive teammates who genuinely care about doing good work. Some flexibility depending on your manager or team. The product still helps a meaningful industry, though that mission feels increasingly secondary.

Cons

Leadership has become completely disconnected from the front lines and the company’s original mission. The focus is now entirely on aggressive profit and growth targets, often at the expense of employee well-being. Clear signs of offshoring, with little to no investment or career growth in U.S.-based roles. Teams are overworked and burned out, with low morale across the organization. Recognition and rewards are rare - effort feels invisible and undervalued. Persistent bottlenecks and silos between teams slow down progress and hurt overall growth. Transparency is lacking, and it’s becoming obvious the company is being positioned for another sale or acquisition. Many employees are quietly looking elsewhere; most who stay do so because of the tough job market, not loyalty.

We are working to solve complex challenges for our customers while continuing to evolve how we operate as an organization. As we grow and refine our processes, we recognize there are areas where we can improve, and we appreciate feedback that helps inform that work. Our team members are central to our success. We remain committed to investing in the employee experience and building our teams thoughtfully. As reflected on our careers page, we are continuing to grow globally, including hiring across the U.S. and in Mexico, as we scale the business and support our customers. We encourage team members to share suggestions or concerns directly with their manager, group leader, or People & Culture partners so we can better understand what’s working well and where improvements are needed. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Pros

Good Pay and Benefits, Unlimited PTO

Cons

Management belittles your work, constantly putting down employees. No Morale. I went to HR in Confidence to report this behavior, they went to the manager and told them what I said, 2 weeks later I was fired.

Thank you for taking the time to provide candid feedback. We are glad that you viewed our compensation package, benefits, and time-off policies as pros during your tenure. Although we are not familiar with the particular circumstances of your exit, we are regretful it was not more positive. We wish you the best of luck in your next chapter.

Pros

-The company is a "leader" in the mental health business space

Cons

-Treats their employees with zero loyalty and a lot of smoke and mirrors on bettering your career and mentorship -Constant chatter about DEI efforts / listening to employee's feedback and it falls on deaf ears. Feedback regarding understaffed teams, and being overworked is always answered with false promises -Leadership is extremely out of touch and has expectations for teams to work like robots and machines -Insane profit margins leads to inevitable failure and completely unrealistic expectations for people to meet
