Pros

Management has a lot of trust in employees, which makes it a great place to grow. The environment is very open and the CEO is available for quick questions basically all the time. The work environment is very fun, but everyone also works really hard--overall a great place to work!

Cons

The company is growing very quickly and could use a bit clearer organization. Related; it would be nice to get more frequent feedback.

I've worked here for four years and it's been exciting seeing the company grow so fast! SimpliSafe has a great nurturing environment and lots of opportunity for advancement. The marketing department is full of extremely smart, creative, motivated, and hilarious people.

Pros

Very casual work environment. Great building. Huge kitchen to keep your lunch in, coffee tea hot chocolate and a kurig system available for use. easy to get time off. can leave early.

Cons

not a monday through friday. Have to work weekends. 13.50 is the salary cap which is significantly below average but they make up for that by not caring if you just sit on facebook all day. It also does not seem to matter how hard you work but instead who your friends are in order to get promoted.
