The SimpliSafe workforce is extremely diverse, employees come from all sorts of backgrounds and all have different and interesting interests. Managers really care about their team members, and they are always around to help. Benefits start immediately after one week of training, and there's free beer on Fridays! This is a great place to gain customer service experience right after college.

Cons

The elevators in the building take forever sometimes.

Great work culture. Open-minded and intelligent people work here. Fun and focused. Plus, the added benefit you’re doing a net good for society: helping people across the country feel safer at home.

Cons

Has a strong start up culture, even as the company grows—which is great for a lot of people. But if you’re looking for a more traditional office setting, this may not be for you.
