Pros
This would of been a good job right out of college if I had landed this job when I actually graduated in 2008 and jobs were scares. Never the less, having "technical support" on your resume for a year looks really great. They also give you free booze.
Cons
They give you free booze yet very low wages. This is the most disconcerting aspect about the job for many reasons. First of all, if you are hired for sales or technical support (both considered "customer service") you make 13 dollars an hour, and when you are trying to live in one of the most expensive cities in the country... that is not a lot. Many employees also expressed they were developing a problem with alcohol. The most you can make as customer service is 13.50, their reasoning for this is that it will encourage you to want to strive for a better position. You get a review once a year but nothing comes from it but empty promises when you give feedback.
