Very friendly environment, 10 days of PTO, unlimited overtime hours at time and a half, full benefits, convenient location, accommodating with schedules

Cons

Very low pay, very rude and needy customers, the job is very boring and very repetitive, high turn-over rate, some opportunity to move up to higher positions, but doesn't come with an adequate increase in pay and expect you to work a lot of overtime. The schedule varies as the office is open 7 days a week from 9am-6pm

The pros of this company for every Christmas everyone gets a 1000 bonus not sure if it will increase or decrease do to the growing of the company

Cons

Very low pay rate does not meet cost of living at all. The amount of work that is expected from employees does not reflect in wage.
