Pros

after moving back to Boston from out of state it took me a while to get back into the job market. Simplisafe is good for that aspect. Relaxed call center environment, no dress code, nap rooms, beer fridays, flex time off!

Cons

NOO ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT, once u start working here they tell you you can grow within the company in a matter of months, but truth be told if you don't know one of "Big Dogs" Your never gonna get promoted. You can literally work your tail off you will still never get promoted. Pay is Horrible. Lowest paying call center in Boston and they cap it at 13.50 that means after 4 years and your still a rep you will still only get $13.50.

Pros

The pros of working here include perks like beer friday and the ability to work overtime. At least that's what they tell you. What I have found as perks are the friends I have made by working for the company.

Cons

SimpliSafe pays considerably less than other companies. To actually make enough you have to work Overtime. Even lead positions pay less than STARTING at other customer service jobs. And how to obtain a lead position? It seems like it's becoming more and more political.
