Pros

Great people to work with and free beer on Fridays. The company is growing fast and is on track to succeed. The CEO is very competent and a really nice guy.

Cons

Overworked for pay. Company makes up for this by not enforcing any rules to which everyone takes advantage of. Too many people not caring and clocking in for their paycheck and barely working knowing they will not get in trouble. Promotions go to merit based work plus being friends with management. No clear management structure leads to no one with actual authority.

Cons

Hourly pay too low. It should be at least 15/hr. Also, outline benefits of promotion on salary for long term employee retention.
