The people that work here are awesome, 'one team' mindset. Love the product offerings, and company mission of every home secure. Great work/life balance and overall culture.

Cons

Sometimes decisions are made without other channel impacts in mind. Innovation is a bit slower.

The company tries to treat employees well. Decent benefits. Decent work environment.

Cons

Inconsistent in-office policy. Some people are allowed to work remotely while most are force to go to the office at least twice a month. The promised exceptions for long distance or time were not honored. The return to work policy is not documented and the company changes it at will. Frequent reorganizations shows a company struggling to get out new products.
