      Pros

      - Excellent people - smart, helpful and friendly - Still room here to make a big impact - people are open to new ideas and approaches - The founder is a visionary and a highly effective communicator - CEO and senior leadership is seasoned and determined to avoid the mistakes of past start-ups - IPO on the horizon - Very flexible about working remote or in the office

      Cons

      No 401k match - kind of hard to understand why we don't have this yet as it must hurt us when trying to recruit new employees.

      Lovely team, lots of momentum, lots to do

      Pros

      The team is very nice & supportive from day 1. The product seems very solid and there's huge demand for it from clients - growth is good :D Culture seems very good so far - lots of new initiatives and programs are being put in place. They grew very quickly, maybe too quickly, and now they are setting new processes to then be able to continue growing. Remote working !! It's nice that they offer something that works for you best Remote / Hybrid / Office and it doesn't affect the salary / offer no matter what you chose! I'm excited about what's next!

      Cons

      Maybe grew too quickly - sometimes it's good to take a quick break and reorganise ourselves with better processes.

      Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Incredible and open leadership. Smooth onboarding process, feel set up for success. Currently still ramping, feel like I'm properly supported. Money is fine, but you'll need to prove yourself first to get good promotions, path is clear to climb the ladder.

      Cons

      So far, none. I'm not super experienced in the corporate world, but I like the people and the product is great, easy to sell (comparatively).
