      Pros

      Snyk is a high-growth company that is transforming the application security space. This is an excellent place to begin your career, because of all the opportunities for professional development and upward mobility. The company is scaling quickly, but mindfully, and still maintaining so much of the culture that I joined for. I have worked in many different tech organizations, and I can say for certain this is by far the best place I've ever worked. The team is incredibly talented, leadership is invested in your development and success, and the culture is rooted in collaboration, teamwork and our collective success. I would recommend Snyk to anyone looking to quickly grow and develop their career at a disruptive company where you have the opportunity to innovate every day and have a huge impact. We pride ourselves on having a strong work/life balance, and encourage people to bring their uniqueness and diversity to the team. For the SDR team, Snyk has implemented continuous learning and development to help with career progression. There are also 6 month milestones that result in title changes and compensation increases for people who are performing. Most SDRs are hitting quota and many are overachieving, which makes it an incredible company to be rewarded for the success you are seeing. We also have an incredible funnel to both our ISR teams and SMB AE teams, allowing people to get promoted quickly and continue growing. Highly recommend Snyk as a place to work: 5/5

      Sometimes internal processes and decisions can happen slowly, which is a byproduct of some growing pains. Being vocal and persistent is one of the best ways to get things done

      Good company if you are not in sales

      Good benefits, they pay well

      Cons

      Sales turnover is extremely high. You have to come at the right moment otherwise you will be fired if result are not there. They are expecting you to hit the target straight away. You won’t see many AEs (Enterprise) in EMEA that are in the company more than a year… sad but true.

      Pros

      Tremendous culture with leadership who cares about the success of its people. This is a great place to make money and grow.

      Cons

      None currently, although I have contacts that tell me the incoming CRO did not change the culture at his former company for the better. It turned into a very politically driven, zero-trust (behind closed doors) type of organization. Many there have said that’s a hire they wish they could have back because it changed the tone with which everyone went about achieving success in their roles.
