Competitive but fulfilling work environment. Help people enact change in their organizations with digitization & workflow tools that work.

Cons

Technology moves fast but I think Square 9 does a great job of keeping things current and fresh

Pros

Great product and plenty of tools tools available.

Cons

Management had no clue on target market or how to sell the product. Was constantly operating with trial an d error to attempt to find traction. I disclosed I had strong leadership and mentorship with a previous employer and they agreed they would teach the nuances of the software industry and how to sell their product. Square 9 was incapable of maintaining their end of the deal. They have recently started selling direct to consumer and if they are going to be successful major changes need to be made.

Pros

Square 9 is an excellent place to grow and develop new skills. No one is made to fit within a box and instead are encouraged to discover their strengths and bring them to the table to help make the team better as a whole. Team is held accountable by management so everyone carries their weight evenly. High level of camaraderie among the team despite being primarily work-from-home.
