Pros

This company promises big but delivers little. Heavy admin with little front line (provider support). Was let go after the company lost a major contract in Florida. Strive admin tried to block me any way they could from finding other employment. The company is evil…stay away!

Cons

Read above. Promises big but lies in the end.

Pros

The only pro is the pay was decent

Cons

Everything. Working at Strive Health was a very disappointing experience. Management is extremely catty, unprofessional, and prone to bullying behavior. There’s a strong culture of micromanagement, and anyone who tries to voice an opinion or suggestion is quickly targeted or dismissed. I worked on the large TCM (Transitional Care Management) team, and it was one of the most stressful environments I’ve ever experienced. People were crying weekly, had high anxiety, and morale was consistently low. The workflow changes weekly, which makes it nearly impossible to stay organized or feel confident in your work. The company advertises “unlimited PTO”, but that’s misleading. Time off is actually capped and discouraged, especially with the constant workload. The call abrasion to patients is also concerning; it feels excessive and poorly managed. Overall, no one on the team seemed genuinely happy, and the few positive reviews online do not reflect the reality most employees face. Leaving this company was a huge relief. I strongly encourage leadership or outside parties to look into the TCM management structure and address the toxicity. I’m convinced the good reviews on here are fake because no one was happy.

Pros

WFH Initial onboarding was helpful for benefits Nice coworkers

Cons

Please take this review seriously job lookers! The first initial onboarding is great but you will get NO job training. I got in trouble for asking questions on how to do my job even though I had no job training and no communication. No win situation if you ask questions. How are you supposed to learn if you are not encouraged to have open door communication? Corporate managers are extremely catty, pick favorites, and do not want others to succeed. Tenured people are getting let go of and it is very sad to see. Turn over is not great. Back stabbing is the culture. As for IT, the folks are very kind but the resources are limited. It took over 2 weeks for IT to get back to me on computer issues (repetitively) on a ticket I submitted and then I got in trouble from management because IT could not fix it. No one knows how to fix a computer yet alone respond in a timely manner. There is not adequate training for employees everywhere. The recruiting process is such a disaster and waste of time. I had 5+ interviews that I had to take work off for an entry level job. Each one was an hour plus. Strive will give you a exaggerated idea of how great the business and culture is when in reality, it is very cut throat and negative culture. One red flag is "flexible time off". Just because they say it is flexible does not mean it is and managers do not like when you take time off. Benefits are not great. Lower 401k match and okay health insurance. Health insurance is getting expensive and they do not help cover weight loss programs which can be a huge issue for some people. Management is unprofessional, lacks communication, and lacks compassion. I was encouraged not to communicate with others. You cannot make mistakes and learn at this company. I highly suggest reaching out to people on LinkedIn to hear their experiences.
