Cons

Keep hiring people in Sr. Management positions that are coming from established, corporate Healthcare companies, which is tainting the culture and fight to change the Healthcare experience in the U.S.

Company is very unorganized and has a lot of legal issues going on for it to be a new company. People in entry positions are treated like they don’t manner. Entry level staff put in all the work but don’t get bonuses. It's all about metrics and numbers like any other company. There is no room for growth. No matter your position you will be required to make calls to patients to either enroll them in Strives program or do surveys which was not mentioned in the interview. They are several people in upper management is is clueless about kidney care.

Great culture, balanced work life.

Pros

I was in Tech and got to work remotely 100%. The culture was great, work/life balance was great.

Cons

It grew too fast. As a start-up they hired too many people and ended up having to lay majority of them off.
