Pros

Strive offers great employee benefits and competitive pay if you are able to negotiate a good wage.

Cons

Constantly having to pivot. No consistency with work flows. QA grades the calls on an extreme level versus other departments. Recently have been laying off a lot of people from other departments leaving no room to grow within the organization.

Thanks for your review - I love hearing your positive comments about our total rewards at Strive. We aim to be a leader in the healthcare space by offering transparent competitive wages, flexible time off, and a great overall experience as a Striver. I also want to acknowledge the evolution of our processes at Strive and the associated change fatigue. I couldn't agree more with your advice to start by listening and lead by example. We recently launched detailed leadership competencies to ensure we're demonstrating both of those behaviors consistently, I'd love to get your thoughts on them and hear more about your experience if you'd like to reach out via peopleops@strivehealth.com Thanks again, Elise VP, People

Culture has changed and seems their focus has too

Pros

The pay is good, but I guess money doesn't buy happiness.

Cons

The culture shifted and the focus is on metrics, while I understand, I do not feel the patients are the concern. It's how many people we see vs quality of the contact we make. It's disappointing. They offered unlimited PTO- only people I see taking lots of PTO are non patient facing employees. So those who have to "meet metrics", PTO is limited based on your metrics. However, patients are tired of the phone calls, yet we have to call!! How can you meet metrics when a patient won't answer!? This is not the company that I knew a year ago, and I was seeing all my patients a year ago.
