Pros

You can turn your teaching role into a full time job if you want to (and have the drive/passion for it) - program managers are great about giving you as many student/programs (read: hours of work) as you'd like to take on. Curriculum is good, support from managers and directors is good. Online resources for students and instructors are easy to navigate. Any required training is paid. A lot of opportunities for growth - management encourages instructors to internally apply for full time management roles, experienced instructors regularly tapped to assist with creating training materials, training new instructors, updating curriculum materials, etc.

Cons

More transparency/clarity is necessary with the recent changes to the employee assessments (which impact your raises).

Pros

Great co-workers, very nice and supportive but it doesn't take long (first week) before they start complaining about management and the owners in front of you.

Cons

The two owners are not aligned and they each pull employees in opposing directions- stressing everyone out. You will work way more hours than you are paid for and they will low ball you on your commission every step of the way. The owners are scared of change and not willing to invest in tech that would bring the company up to date. I speculate that they will be out of business soon as their competitors seem to be taking over.

Thanks for your feedback. I wish we were able to create a better experience for you during your time here, but we're not the right fit for everyone. I appreciate your feedback on how we can be better in our alignment around initiatives big and small, and we're working to improve. I hope you found a great new opportunity, Greg President & Co-Founder
