Terrific colleagues, work from home, amazing company culture, great mission! Work with fantastic teammates in an industry where you are truly helping students and families.

Cons

Like any performance-based job, it can be intense and stressful at times.

Pros

I love working for Studypoint. The students that I've been given are generally high-performing, motivated, talented individuals who are just looking to make an improvement in test scores or in an academic area. The Studypoint curriculum is a solid curriculum that helps my students to succeed, but gives me the flexibility that I need as a teacher to be able to customize the program to fit individual needs.

Cons

The nature of tutoring means that the number of students that I have ebbs and flows.

Pros

Super flexible hours, good management, lots of communication, strong starting pay.

Cons

The only opportunity for advancement in pay is based on the hours you get (which are largely random and seasonal, but that is expected). The training is a bit dated too, but there is talk of it being refurbished!
