Office morale was abysmal; the expectations placed on you are often difficult to meet, and you're constantly made to feel like you'll be fired at any instant if you don't meet their (sometimes arbitrary and poorly justified) targets. Messaging and expectations are often inconsistent as well, and managers need more professional training on how to manage.
Moreover, the pay is really atrocious in comparison to that at similarly sized companies, particularly for the amount of time you put in. StudyPoint managers like to portray work as flexible, but that's really only the case if you work from home. Office culture is hit or miss.
