      Free sunnies on your annual anniversary

      Cons

      No breaks/lunches due to single coverage Held accountable for theft that happens during your shift even if you're the only person there while a crowd enters and you're already helping someone else No breakroom or even bathroom in the store, meaning you have to lock up and run to the closest one Management plays favorites Sales goals are unattainable for one person running the store the entire day Get burnt out at the end of your shift

      *Only allowed to hire part-time associates *Single coverage at many locations *Training is below abysmal *Little support from upper-management *Business management software constantly crashing *Cultish company culture

      Free pair up to $500 in value (some brands are excluded.) Commission (ONLY if your store can make each week's plan.) So some cons...still in there.

      Cons

      They have horrible pay overall You always work holidays and that "flexible schedule" is not really flexible - you MUST work all holidays and weekends... especially managers! You are constantly being cautious about every customer because theft is a HUGE issue. If you can't perform the SGH experience - you will not do very well. They look for people who are "attractive" to work for them
