Pros

- Good benefits - Free lunch on Fridays - Nice office - Occasional breakfast - Company sponsored happy hour - Annual bonus - Annual Christmas party - My interactions with the company's leadership team was positive - I met some really good people during my time there

Cons

I worked in the Customer experience department before 2016. I had to leave because of the toxic work environment that was created by a former manager and his team lead. I am a person of color and my White former manager and White team lead used microaggression and differential treatment to make my life a living hell. I left because I didn't feel comfortable allowing an old White male to demote and tell me that his dream was to see me in an administrative role handling faxes, emails, voicemail and phone calls, just a few days before I received a new manager. I will never forget the experience and how it made me feel. Also, I would never work for the company again because of the negative experience and the amount of effort that placed into stunting my professional growth.

Pros

Gradually eased into my work responsibilities, rather than thrown in the deep end with no guidance. The company values aren't an advertisement. They really do try to use them as guidance. The company has a progressive culture and takes pride in it, including: dedicated employee events committee, relaxed dress code, games to build engagement, staff lunch at the Virginia office most Fridays, well-stocked and tidy break-room, and employee events you actually have fun at, what a concept! The Senior Management and Executives are visible and approachable. Low turnover and lots of referrals from employees; good sign of a place people want to work. Pay and benefits are very competitive, and the work hours are flexible. Meetings are minimal and productive in my position. Two work from home days per week after 4 months for many positions. Lots of lateral and promotion opportunities.

Cons

Steep learning curve. Be prepared to go home feeling a little overwhelmed with all there is to learn for the first couple of months. The work from home is great, but the company needs a better softphone solution.

Pros

Good salary package and bonus Good benefits Cutting edge technologies used including big data Very high volume data environment so everything in the IT environment offers a good learning experience

Cons

Toxic, abusive, racist, and bigoted people Don't consider working here unless you belong to the master race Not even passive-aggressive but very aggressive and foul-mouthed people abound Their own flaws are hushed up and not discussed but the flaws of others are blown out of proportions and loudly discussed by the master race and their cronies
