Pros

Excellent leadership that understands the challenges of the therapy industry. The company culture highly values resident and patient care excellence which is on display every day in our therapy locations. From a business perspective, management is transparent and honest about the direction of the company.

Cons

Still working toward standardization across all locations.

I’ve learned a lot since starting here and everyone is super helpful and responsive. The job can be challenging at times, but there’s always support from other locations when you need it. Overall, it’s a good team and a positive place to be!
