Realistic expectations, great customer relations, strong clinical team, contracts with amazing buildings, promote internally often.

Pros

They had thorough training and paired me with an OT to observe and be observed before treating independently. I have had good ongoing support from the team while learning the system.

Cons

Little interaction with other SLPs in the area. Would be beneficial to have introduction.

Pros

You are a employee owned business (ESOP) you get invested in symbria stocks. Everyone here at Symbria is willing to always help you if something comes up that you don't know how to do. All of the upper management are pleasant to talk with.

Cons

we are open 365 days a year so you do have to work holidays and weekends. hours are 8am -10pm rotating shifts.
