Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take employee concerns seriously and continuously review our policies and procedures to ensure that realistic standards are in place for our therapists. While we understand that productivity expectations can feel challenging at times, we consistently receive feedback that our standards are reasonable compared to industry benchmarks. In fact, many therapists choose to join Symbria because of these standards. That said, we remain committed to evaluating our processes and ensuring that patient care remains our top priority. If you have additional questions or would like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out to us at askhr@symbria.com. We truly appreciate your input and your commitment to delivering exceptional care—it helps us continue to improve and support our team.

Pros

Pay is good and the Wellbeing department is well run.

Cons

As a navigator you are given all the work that therapy doesnt want to do. If you take a day off you will still get calls on getting people set up for therapy. Be a wellbeing specialist it is way better.
