Pros

-Paid on time -(Mostly) scheduled with little “on call” time (SNF’s don’t have emergencies) -Paid better than retail

Cons

-ZERO holiday time off - CEO would end careers over it -Management was like the Gestapo in bad WWII movies -Absolutely no room for advancement for men - full misandry was real -Pathetic raises and performance recognition - “1% raise: CELEBRATE!?”

Supportive and helpful onsite team of therapists.

Cons

Difficulty communicating with corporate office. No return phone calls when asking why no federal taxes were being taken out of my paycheck for 2024.

Pros

Training is great, they are willing to help you get well trained in order to do the tasks you are needed to perform.

Cons

Micromanagement! The management is horrible where we keep losing good staff. Raises are abysmal. Unrealistic productivity standards.
