Pros

Working from home was nice - It allowed me to save time, money and wear and tear on my vehicle. It's not awesome but an okay job, good training and continuous trainings, very fast paced, high volume calls working with providers and getting to know good people.

Cons

High expectations for very little pay. The benefits were expensive and didn't cover very well. The healthcare benefits were horrible. When management decided to upgrade from Win7 to Win10 everyone lost their notes and job aids - including the help desk. which had a huge impact on matrix and accuracy - which is then blamed on the employees. Many people lost their jobs due to lousy management choices and the supervisors and upper management made scape goats out of the reps.

Pros

Teleperformance has a great training program, and i felt very prepared when i start working on my own. They have so many resources to help you do your job to the best of your ability, and the supervisors are usually available for assistance if needed. They also are big on promoting within the company, so i hope to be able to move up eventually.

Cons

The supervisors have a lot of meetings, so there are times that no one is available for questions, but they usually make sure there is someone else available for assistance, but there are times that no one is available for help.
