Pros

Very calm environment. Calls taken are almost always calm and patient with you while you assist them. Overnight agents only have to send out emails to consumers.

Cons

Supervisors and Management enjoy favoritism with agents. It's hard to get days approved off even though they have a lot of Mandatory Time Off and Voluntary Time Off. Some agents tend to me very immature and try to commit fraud often.

Pros

1. Paycheck 2. Building never caught fire 3. Heat and *running water (except when the bathroom stopped working and we had to walk 1/4 mile in winter to closest building in office park for 4 days)

Cons

1. My training class had to be spoken to on FIVE separate occasions about what the phrase "appropriate office attire" meant. 2. SEVERAL employees were fired for FIGHTING on work floor. 3. SEVERAL employees were fired for FIGHTING during training.

Pros

long hours no credit for good job done low pay no raises can't take your paid time off so you lose it management demands that you work overtime but not them and won't and can't help out on floor when needed old out of date systems and computers and telephones

Cons

lousey management will not accommodate disabled veterans hr personal don't care about anybody but themselves noisy workplace stressful workplace and will try to fire you with no reason
