Pros

I learned a lot and the experience here allowed me to get a job in Los Angeles, CA very quickly, which I never would've seen coming while I was there.

Cons

This place was really terrible. The job was demeaning, the supervision usually was as well. Many of my co-workers were not competent which caused morale to be an overall low.

Pros

there are some good people there, unfortunately they don't get promoted. Location is easy to find, not that you would want to. Easy to get hired, if you can fog a window they will hire you.

Cons

They only promote their friends, and pay nothing. Training was terrible. Incentives were not given to the hardest worker, rather it was a popularity contest. QA targeted people to crush their morale.

We appreciate your candid review and we see to it that all employees are trained well, treated properly and given equal opportunities. Favoritism is clearly not tolerated in the workplace. Rest assured, this will be dealt with and proper actions will be taken.

Pros

Friends are really the only pros

Cons

I was a supervisor for the fios project. I was impressed with the advancement and assistance from other supervisors and then woke up a couple months later. I learned my job and tried my best to assist ahents. I found out quickly other supervisors did not care about helping agents and just told them to chat someone rather than taking time. We were give an impossible amount of paperwork to do every day and tons of meetings and we're told to spend our tine with agents, yeah that's a joke. I could not get support from my assistant call center managers either. There was bickering amongst the supervisors and agents. I saw on multiple occasions where one person got fired for a cell phone but someone who was a friend with a manager would never get in trouble. This same situation applied with attendance, dress code and pretty much any policy you could think of. If there were pay discrepancies or bereavement issues our hr person was to dumb to even wipe and couldn't get anything done. This whole place is a joke and is not related to fios i know this also happened on other projects as I knew some of the supervisors on them. Teleperformance is more telepathetic and recommend never working there. We all gave so much time to this place and when the time came for any of upper management caring there was not any caring to be found. Our call center manager was an idiot and didn't know how to handle anything and preached policy while giving breaks to people they liked. Again even if just wanting an intro job or need a job go somewhere else unless you like getting screwed over and over. Also scheduling even for school is a fight there and rediculous to get approved or entered in right by the corporate scheduling retards, even if you still have the email proving what it's supposed to be good luck getting it right.
