Pros

The only good thing that I can think of about working there is you will find alot of really nice people to work with.

Cons

You can never get a straight answer when it comes to questions about escalated customer issues, its a different answer depending on who you ask. The supervoisory staff do not know the job content as well as they should. You are at the mercy of one person to escalate all your issues to and depending on if that person shows up to work and they are in a good mood will you get an answer that makes any sense whatsoever.

Pros

Co-Workers. There are some great employees here.

Cons

Our Vice President of IT, Director, and Manager all used to be call center agents. They have absolutely NO IT experience or knowledge, other than what they've learned at TP. Promotions are based on favoritism and there is no chance of advancement based on performance. When large issues arrise, Management's first order of business is pointing the finger to find fault. Resolving the issue is an afterthought. When I went to the HR Manager with an issue about how a Manager treated a co-worker, and asked to remain anonymous, they went to the Manager and told them about it, without any investigation.

Pros

The training was actually fairly decent, and I had high expectations during the first 3-4 weeks of my training and feeling things out. I also got some good experience with troubleshooting fiber optics technology.

Cons

There was absolutely no recognition for your skill, abilities, or hard work. You were constantly encouraged to focus on your call times rather than resolving the customers problem(s). Some of the management were extremely unqualified and would consistently give very poor advice. There were several problems with the troubleshooting tools we used while on our calls.
