      Pros

      Working home remotely, Supervisors encourage you to do your best, the job is very simple to execute. They provide you 40 hrs. worth of PTO time, might not be able to use it because they will deny your days off request or vacation. Very helpful making sure you provide the best customer service. Don't be afraid to ask question, they will assist. If you're working mid-shift your guarantee your 40 hrs.

      Cons

      The day off request is not flexible they will continuously reject/denied your days off. Expect you to make up hours that is not flexible with your schedule. If you decided to change your schedule, they will take months to put you back on your previous schedule. Calls will run longer than the duration expected. You are expected to work Black Fridays and Cyber Monday.

      Pros

      EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE YOU WILL END UP WITH A GOOD MANAGER. Sometimes you get to work from home Hours are flexible as long as you can make up the time you missed

      Cons

      Sometimes you get poor managers They don't care if you have children They expect perfection The pay is bad It's boring The customers treat you like a gutter rat You are not allowed to defend yourself You are not allowed to ask the customer not to yell at you You are not allowed to disconnect the call. So you get screamed at by customers, screamed at by your supervisor. Quality always marks you off for something. I got marked off on a call one time that was perfect because I failed to tell my customer I had to sneeze, before I sneezed. 0/10 would not recommend unless you are desperate They told me I'd have opportunities to rise in the company. And then my branch shut down so they sent me work from home. They said do these jump programs and we will work with you. Then once I did, they said we don't have any work from home positions right now other than the one you're in.

      Pros

      only pro you don't have to talk to customers or get yelled by customers.

      Cons

      They will fire you for the dumbest reasons. If you are not a favorite to a manager there you will be selected and fired when they need to make cuts. They fired a lot of good employees that would do their job, and kept the ones that didn't do their job. When it comes to schedules if you are not a managers favorite you will not get the schedule you need for family or school. Many employees never got the schedules they needed and the lazy employees always got the schedules they wanted. Unfair ranking!
