You can be a great agent but that doesn’t necessarily mean that a higher position is for you. The positions higher than agent are stressful and you must be ready for that. They go through agents quickly because they have had to resort to rehiring people that they should not have hired in the first place, people that do not act professional.

1. They force you to be off without pay on holidays, and then they automatically reschedule you another day to work on one of your off days . 2. They do not pay when their equipment fails. Recently they took 1 month to replace my computer, my entire management team was very rude to me and did not care , well there was 2 or 3 nice people I spoke with. But regardless they forced me to go 1 month without pay, and then as soon as I get back they are saying how I will be written up because I was unable to meet my stats for the previous month even though I was missing for more than half the month. Saying that it is the company policy I put a lot of faith in this company being that it was my first job after I had a house fire, I had nothing to fall back on and the company really say there and kept sending me replacement keyboards instead of a new computer to work from. I live near an apple store I offered to take my computer there, I offered to let IT install programs on my personal computer , I tried everything . And then I get back and I only have one hour to get caught up on a month worth of changes and policy changes , I barely know how to view my tools, the platform is completely different , and with half the month gone, I am being threatened with write ups for this month if goals are not met! Then they finally mail me a computer 2 days after I file for unemployment…. This company is crazy!!!!
