      got to work from home during covid

      Cons

      they lie out their butts, they tell you they will work with you through school schedule but dont. i lost two internships due to these people was going to loose a third but quit right before i did. they had me working 50+ hours a week 6 days a week when i was going to school full time. KILLING MYSELF for a company who doesnt care about you. talked to HR about it and they said i could cut my hours and they did so to 45 but i was still working wayyy to much. dont do it unless you want to be screwed over and worked like a slave.

      I love the people there. The trainers are amazing and my supervisor is such a great leader.

      Cons

      The pay is not as great for how long i have been there. I have been on 2 projects and mentored in each and I would be there for 3 years in April and I am still making the same as the starting agents

      OVERWORKED AND UNDERPAID

      Pros

      They provide you with the equipment and lure you in with a nice sign-on bonus in which you can't get until after a full 90 days after training.

      Cons

      Without asking your feelings, they train you in a different position you didn't even apply for and don't increase your pay. They begin to order Mandatory overtime and long work schedules, sometimes 7 days a week. They pay you a minimum wage salary to do what a person would normally get paid atleast $15 per hour. They have a point system that you can't even defend yourself against. They pay their supervisors $1-$2 more than you.. no wonder they don't care. You don't start earning PTO or holiday until you have been there after 1 year. Do I need say more?
