      there is no upside to this job. they have no consideration for the employees and treat them like children.

      Cons

      every aspect of this job sucks, they work u like a slave and offer little compensation. The supervisors are lazy and only care about themselves. they hardly give any decent training, they expect u to figure it out on your own! the supervisors show favoritism, its like reliving high school, where if u need assistance u raise your hand and you get a balloon for surveys and appointments. there is so many cons to this job that it would take a while to list them all. the building itself has bed bugs and roaches!!!

      There are fleas in the cubicles, the mentors can be bullies-with supervisor support, the computers are slow and freeze up and the mice stick.

      No pros, nothing is worth what you put up with working here. It's selling your soul.

      Cons

      Worst place I've ever worked. Please do yourself a favor and never go here. At the Marion site I have experienced supervisors verbally harrass and berate people on the floor. Supervisors refuse to help and bully agents. Site is disgusting, roaches, ants, and yes bed bugs. Site manger refuses to treat issue. Big issues with drug use and selling of drugs in and out of building. Agents sneak in alcohol and drugs onto floor. Big issues with bullying, sexual harrassment, and the management refuses to fix issues. Have been to HR, site management, and corporate.
