Pros

Good was being in a position to help Medicare aged folks 65 & older. Medicare Recipients have a need to have the Medicare A / Medicare B & Medicare D program explained well as well as how and when each State Medicaid program works & when it applies. Overall education for Medicare including troubleshooting.

Cons

Poor Management style, working on a Project that supposedly United Healthcare & the Center for Medicare Services both had parameters to follow - too much of the slick sales approach rather than the perceived non commission role at the call center;

Pros

The only 2 PROs with this company are: 1. They will hire anyone - no experience needed. You only need to survive thru the training and pass the tests, and 2. They have some accounts that are Work At Home positions

Cons

I don't think there is enough room here to post all the CONs... The Management lacks any type of managerial skills. All they care about is stats and money. They are basically number crunchers and have no ability to balance goals and people. Favoritism is everywhere. Turnover is horrendous. Human Resources don't have a clue what they are doing. If there's a way to mess up your vacation, hours or pay, they will find it - Want to take a vacation? Sorry, denied. Try reaching either, by phone/email and you can't - they either ignore you and let phone calls go to Voice Mail - never calling you back. Or, they tell you they 'didn't receive' your emails. When you go there in person, they refuse to see you because you don't have an appointment. The absolutely WORST part about this job is the PAY - it might be OK for a high schooler, but don't plan on making a career here. The measly 50cent raises that come once a year are easily forgotten and if you don't stay on top of it, they will pass you up entirely. At times, we've had to wait 3 months or more for them to go back and apply that raise - just goes to show you how little they care about the people and how disorganized and clueless they are... To sum it up.. if you have no experience, and are only looking for a stepping stone, this job would be OK for you. But don't plan on staying long - you will be overworked and underpaid - use them, like they are using you. Then leave - there are many better opportunities out there!

Pros

None, the company has not shown any endearing qualities the entire time I was there. Across All roles I worked.

Cons

Every employee who is in a production role is only seen as a seat. They do not look out for the wellbeing of their employees unless legally required to, and even then, they cut corners wherever they can. Their driving value is to look out for the bottom line, and they will spend as little as possible and avoid responsibility wherever it lets them save money. They are a predatory employer and will exhaust a workforce and adjust their standards to allow them to make as much money as possible. They do not practice the things which they advertise to their clients unless they have someone on location. If you are not in a production role, then you are held responsible for every situation where someone else drops the ball in process or procedure, taking up the slack and making sure goals are met, regardless of where the lapse occurred. There are no performance incentives, nor appreciation efforts made for support staff. They will run you into the ground and do not care about your mental health at all.
