Pros
They offer paid training the first week but that's it. Not much good to say here. Pay is very low. Benefits are not even usable in my state. and not very good if they were.
Cons
Left hand doesn't talk to the right. No one seems to know what is happening. They give bad instructions, leave out important information. They fired me for not taking a test that I took and scored very well on. My background is perfect. I showed up on time every day, did the work as required, and did well. After firing me they sent me a computer which I promptly returned unused. I didn't even open the box. I have given them proof of return of computer yet a year later they keep calling me and sending letters threatening me if I don't return it. I have proof of delivery so it will stand up in court but these guys are a bad joke. It was a blessing in disguise. I got hired 3 days after they fired me for triple the pay and I have been better off since in a stable job with sane, helpful, truthful management. The manager I had at Teleperformance seemed to not even know what he was doing. Meanwhile, I still have the indignity of getting fired by bozos. I have never been fired before no expect to be again. I was over qualified for the job but they hired me when I was looking for a job.
