Pros

The pay is $15. That is the only reason I am still here. But my pay was only this high because my line of business as an insurance agent was contracted for USAA. All other positions are $10-$13. not worth it. They promote very quickly and very often

Cons

Back to back phone calls. No allowance for extra on lunch Management on site uncaring and unyielding No doctors's notes allowed

Pros

Easy to advance to higher positions, Easy hiring process. The trainer is awesome, lots of diversity.

Cons

They will hire absolutely anyone which causes a terrible work environment. I was working with a lot of kids straight out of high school with no work ethic and people who just don't need to be working in customer service. I would walk down the hallway and get filthy stares from women I didn't even know, one of the managers would walk around with his pants hanging off his behind. They play music on the call floor which is actually nice, but I felt uncomfortable one day talking to a senior citizen woman about her phone bill while I'm in love with Coco! blasted in the background. Maybe save the turn up music for the break room? For lack of better terms, this place was ghetto as all get out and no I'm not racist. I'm black myself.... but I know better. They have very strict security policies due to something that happened in a Teleperformance office in the PHILIPPINES, has nothing to do with us over here on the other side of the pond. Lol! For example, you can have NOTHING on your desk, no pens/paper, nothing. For fear that you might try and write down a customer's personal information. You can only drink clear beverages out of a see through container and you can have individually wrapped hard candies in clear wrappers. Security wands you down before you're allowed back into the class rooms (training) or onto the call floor. They also have a very strict attendance policy.

Pros

The training is excellent and my co-workers were wonderful. I liked the managers, too. Too bad it is a criminal enterprise from top to bottom. I was fired for failing to meet the sales quota because I carefully explained the details of the program I was selling to our senior citizen callers. My co-workers and supervisors knew that they were bamboozling / duping senior citizens by enrolling them into costly, worthless programs that they would be billed for until they died yet they continued to do so.

Cons

The company offers horrible, over-priced products and it comprehensively and constantly rips off it's employees and customers at every turn. The company has been fined $8 million dollars on three separate occasions for engaging in deceptive selling practices which they still carry out. The company obtains credit card information from senior citizens, delays sending the seniors details on the discount programs that they have been enrolled in and then automatically bills the seniors until they die or remember to cancel their plan memberships. They rip off the employees by denying them commissions if they are late to work more than once per pay period or if they don't make their sales quotas or if they don't adhere to the sales script.
