      Worst place I have ever worked.

      Pros

      -Work from home. That is it.

      Cons

      -Have absolutely zero respect for their staff. You are just a number. They do not care about you. They do not pay appropriately. They do not care that you are a human being. You will never know who to contact about your personal issues, you will only hear from someone higher up when you're getting written up. Terrible training, I feel bad for the trainers who have to train a whole training class on something they were never even trained on. I have never been so disappointed.

      A wonderful place to work that rewards you for sticking with it

      Pros

      - Currently offers Work from Home, which is wonderful for an introvert like myself - Team and management that has your back and helps each other get through the day - Thorough, and easy to understand methods of teaching your how to do your work successfully and efficiently. - While taking front line calls was stressful for my first few years, I stuck with it and eventually you reach other positions such as offline, or very small call volume. Which I personally feel is a very rewarding position and more suited for me.

      Cons

      My only real con is there's still talk of sending people back to their worksite in 2022. I personally hope this doesn't end up happening. I feel working from home has been a blessing and I can do my work more efficiently in the comfort of my home. I hope at the very least it's something they consider keeping and perhaps let agents who want to do it keep doing it.

      Work from home … thats all

      No JOB SECURITY Pay is terrible when there are entry level positions paying 2-3 dollars more. Terrible training Company lies claims EMPLOYEES are first but we are just numbers No one cares to learn your name Your not fully trained but will be faulted for mistakes like u were fully trained Customer Surveys can get you fired because you were the last contact, even if the fault was not yours and u helped customers Teleperformance claims they hire internally but none of the jobs are accessible Teleperformance is the definition of carrot at end of stick
