You get a check

Cons

You're treated like a prisoner. You cant have your phone so if you have kids there schools cant reach you. Security is there to get you in trouble not protect you. I've had a taser in my purse everyday and security has never said anything to me. But my friend that forgot to put his cell phone in a locker was stopped by security and got fired. The pay doesn't match the amount of work they give you.

None this place is awful

Cons

This place is awful and unprofessional. The trainer repeatedly told us she didn’t want to be there. The modules never worked for training. Our trainer would discuss inappropriate conduct with the class.

There are no pros for working here

Training was not adequate When you hit the floor the people that are supposed to help you are over worked with too many agents and not enough of them so they do not have the time to explain something to you Sprint customers as a whole want to cancel and you must make 3 offers to keep them while they are screaming at you to cancel the account, no breaks for 5 and 1/2 hours Post some important steps phone number for logging in simple steps to follow that you can see when you first start since you cannot write anything down Stop preaching we are not here to do your work for you no but you are here to help us get through the first 3 weeks after class worst job ever you get thrown to the wolves with no real support
