The bonus structure is fair but you have to follow every rule exactly as written. The tiniest mistake could cost you a lot of money. It's difficult to get days off. The benefits suck. Even though the company offers a lot of benefits, the quality of what you get is bad. No PTO. Few growth opportunities.

Poor Pay, You do not get any paid time off for your first year, this is not made clear when you are first hired, VERY STRICT RULES, a lot of people say they feel like an inmate. Turnstiles, frosted windows, if you are in production your family does not have anyway of reaching you- managers nor supervisors have phones on the production floor- GOD forbid someone needs emergency help, lawsuit waiting to happen, There is no open door policy if you share your concerns they act like there taking notes and start the commercial of selling their core values to you. No HR Assistance on site at all...no one knows anything. Managers tell you to look in the handbook.
