9yThanks for the review. It's good to know that you liked the work atmosphere and amenities at the site. More than ever, we're really focusing now on taking care of employees - we want to be able to keep everyone, especially those who are performing. With regards to pay, the company tries its best to leverage salary and benefits of employees. We also generally give commissions and incentives and have evaluation for employees.
