      Extremely racist startup- Zero diversity in the company

      Dog friendly office hence the good rating of the CEO

      Cons

      No diversity at all , unique culture in the company if you don't fit you going to be stressed by management and colleagues, company is a startup will get rid of you as soon as having financial difficulties,

      Pros

      Great team of people to work with Monthly drinks socials, sport teams, free breakfast and a friendly atmosphere... but most of all, dogs in the office!

      Cons

      Be prepared to work hard and have to juggle many things at once!

      Pros

      - Everybody is both super smart and team spirited, I learn every day from the great team around me. - Projects are really interesting, especially at the moment as we go through a really high growth time, if you love being challenged and working on innovative products, Tails.com is for you! - A culture of learning and feedback, I’ve been at Tails for 10 months only and I have already learnt so much - The office environment is perfect, warm offices and dogs everywhere, lots of team activities

      Cons

      - Located in Richmond so not ideal for everyone, my commute is currently between 1 hour and 1 hour and a half but worth it for this job - Really fast pace, you need to be comfortable with juggling between multiple projects and taking decisions quickly which is not for everybody
