Opportunity to work across full range of transformation lifecycle. Really strong firm culture and fun people - really active social side.

Cons

less opportunity to work with a team of consultants - much more likely to be fully embedded into client (which is great but takes some getting used to)

Where to begin with Berkeley?. It's hard put into words just how amazing Berkeley are as a company. From the Partners to the receptionists everyone is treated equal. Berkeley has a fantastic culture of self improvement, I think this strives from the partnership set up. The Partners work excellently together, and consistently tackle any issues that arise in a caring and 1 on 1 approach. The social element is amazing, everyone at Berkeley are genuinely lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them. Berkeley properly cares for it's employee's and it's a refreshing environment to be in.

Cons

very hard to come up with any. If I had to pick, it would be that Berkeley mostly has a face to face support policy for it's IT staff. This maintains a white glove support environment for all in the office. However the downside is that it can feel a bit outdated in comparison to the IT Market as a whole, with the majority of roles in the sector offering more of a hybrid split.
